ScryMaster is a product of NovelCX. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account — your email address, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) so you can sign in.
• Gameplay data you create — characters, campaign notes, combat state and similar content you enter, stored so the app works across your devices.
• Optional product analytics — only if you allow analytics on the cookie banner, we collect usage events, page/navigation paths, and a session replay via PostHog (US region). Text typed into form fields is masked and never recorded.

How we use it

To operate the service, keep your data in sync, and understand how the app is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we use

• Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• PostHog (US) — product analytics & session replay, only after you consent.

Retention

We keep your account and gameplay data while your account is active. Analytics data is retained per PostHog’s defaults.

Your choices & rights

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time on the Cookie Policy page. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us through the channels on scrymaster.com (a dedicated privacy contact is being set up).

Children

ScryMaster is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
