By using ScryMaster (a NovelCX product) you agree to these terms.

The service

ScryMaster is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while in active development. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Your account & content

You’re responsible for activity under your account. The campaign content you create remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you and the players you invite.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or breach it, and no infringing others’ rights.

Game content

ScryMaster uses the System Reference Document 5.2 under CC‑BY‑4.0. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast; “Dungeons & Dragons” and “D&D” are their trademarks. You’re responsible for any homebrew content you add.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NovelCX is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
